We made these garments from reference photos customers sent us.

Clothing manufacturer for small brands, from 50 pieces per style

We make clothing under your label at more than 120 audited factories in China, from styles they already produce or to a design you send. Our inspectors photograph the finished pieces, and the order ships once you approve the photos.

You'll have prices within 24 hours of sending your photo.

Styles in production now

For Ready-made orders, our buyers find a factory in China that already makes the garment in your photo and buy the pieces at its price. Your hang tags and packaging are on them when they arrive. The content and care labels meet the labeling rules where you sell.

The goods arrive at your US address 11 to 18 days after you've paid. Most of that is the 7 to 10 days our buyers need to get the garments. Relabeling adds a day or two before the goods leave by express.

You can split the minimum across any sizes and colors the factory makes. If you'd like to see the garment first, we send one piece by express. You pay its factory price and $15–60 for shipping. We credit the piece price against your order.

Development of a new design

To start a Custom order, a photo of something close and a note of what to change is enough. Where there's a tech pack, send that instead. The first sample takes 7 to 12 days from the deposit and comes to you by express.

Two rounds of changes to the sample are part of the development fee. Any round beyond those two puts 8 to 13 more days on the schedule. Your sign-off starts a production run of 15 to 20 days at a factory we've audited. Air freight, packing included, takes another 6 to 10 days.

With the first sample approved, the order arrives at your US address 31 to 48 days counting from the deposit. Without a new sample, a reorder arrives in 21 to 30 days.

You need 50 pieces of a color at minimum, split across sizes however you like. Factories that sew for big brands usually set their minimum at 300 to 500 pieces per style and color.

For a color the mill doesn't stock, we order a small lot of about 50 kg dyed to your Pantone code. Small-lot dyeing adds 5 to 7 days to production. A knit mill's standard lot is closer to 500 kg. The factory can cut and sew fabric you buy yourself.

The design belongs to you, and so does the pattern you pay us to develop. We'll sign an NDA before development starts if you'd like one. We won't copy another brand's logo or protected design.

The charges on a quote

On a Ready-made quote, the garment's factory price and our sourcing fee appear as separate lines. Our fee starts at 12% of a supplier invoice under $5,000 and falls in steps to 5% once the invoice passes $50,000. It pays for the buyers' work and the sample inspection at our relabeling site.

Custom pricing has two parts, a development fee and the per-piece price. The development fee depends on the garment: $80–150 for a T-shirt and $250–450 for a coat or jacket. You don't pay it again on reorders.

The per-piece price drops as you order more of a style. Heavier fabric and garment washes raise it. Sizes 4XL to 6XL cost 15% more per piece. Custom prices include your labels, packaging and full inspection.

A Custom order needs a 30% deposit to start. The remaining 70% is due after you approve the inspection photos. Ready-made orders are settled in full at the time of ordering.

Inspection photos in your dashboard

Before your order ships, our inspectors check it and photograph the pieces. Nothing leaves until you've looked through those photos in your dashboard and released the shipment.

Custom orders get full inspection: every piece is compared with the sample you approved. A random sample from a Ready-made batch is checked against ISO 2859-1. The acceptance limits are AQL 2.5 on major faults and AQL 4.0 on minor faults. Any faulty piece in the sample is replaced before shipping. Full inspection is available for Ready-made orders on request.

You can bring in a third-party inspector at your expense.

In the first 14 days after delivery, you can report any piece that arrives faulty. We remake it and cover the freight, unless you'd rather have a refund. The same applies to a piece that doesn't match your approved sample.

Listing images before the stock arrives

Every style in your order comes with a Launch Kit at no charge. We make it from that style's inspection photos in a color you pick.

You get six images: five listing images on a plain background, sized for marketplaces, and one of the garment on an AI-generated model in a styled scene. The kit's ten-second vertical video ends on your logo.

Your listing images arrive two business days after inspection, while the goods are still in transit. The video takes two business days longer. Ready-made and Custom orders get the same kit.

In AI Studio, extra images cost from $4 each. Longer videos are available on request.

Delivery to the countries you sell in

Most orders go to North America, Europe and Australia, though we ship anywhere. With DDP, we handle customs and import duty all the way to your door. Buyers who use a forwarder can take FOB terms: we take care of export clearance in China and hand the cargo to your forwarder at the port.

By express the goods reach the US in 3 to 6 days. A shared sea container takes 25 to 35 days from factory to door and costs less per piece on large reorders.

For creators selling merch, we can hold the stock in our warehouse and ship orders straight to buyers.

Reorders start from the saved project in your dashboard. When a factory stops making a Ready-made garment, our buyers search for the closest match still in production. Another option is to have the original remade on a Custom order.

About FashionMe

FashionMe was started in Shenzhen by people who run online stores and stock them from Chinese factories.

Our buyers work in the wholesale garment markets of Guangzhou and Hangzhou and visit the factories that sew our customers' orders. When a factory reports that cutting has started on your order, one of us can be there the same day.

With your photo, tell us the size split, your deadline and the destination country. A target price helps our buyers pick the right factory. Ordering doesn't require a registered company. You deal with the same team for the whole order and message them in your dashboard.
